Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders: If you change your mind with your purchase with us (we hope you would not), you
    may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fee if
    the product has not left our dispatch center.
  2. Custom Orders: Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at
    care@tastabags.com with your order details.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    Returns are available within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Non-refundable Items: Personalized or custom-made products, as well as products that
    have been used or damaged by the customer, are exempt from refunds.
  3. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team to obtain a
    Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number
    will not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping: The product will be picked up from your address by our courier team. In
    case we are unable to pickup service for return, then the customer will have to ship it back
    to us via standard postal service and we will provide a refund of the shipping cost.
  5. Refund Issuance: Once the returned Tasta Bag is received and inspected,
    we will initiate therefund process within 3-5 working days of receiving the product.
    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 10 to 12 working days to credit
    the refund money to your account.
